Knowledge to create conditioned learning by applying principles of instructional systems design, message design, instructional strategies and learner characteristics.
Development
Skills to transcribe the conceived learning process into a concrete product by developing instructional materials and experiences using print, audiovisual, computer-based and integrated technologies.
Utilization
Knowledge of principles and theories of media utilization, diffusion, implementation and policy-making to apply them in the process of learning.
Management
Skills to manage instructional technology with principles of project, resource, delivery system and information management.
Evaluation
Temperament to analyze and determine if the instruction is requisite by applying principles of problem analysis, criterion-referenced measurement, formative and summative evaluation and long-range planning.

Work: its all hard work. Nothing comes easily but I have a ot of fun .
Focus: I think it all has to do with focusing yourself to one thing.
Push: Push yourself. Physically, mentally, you gatta push , push , push .
Do it for love. Not for money. : I would pay someone to do what I do.
IDEAS: Listen, Observe, Be curious, Ask questions, Problem solve, Make connections.
Persist: Persistence is the number one reason for our success.
Missionaries: Serve others seomthing of value.
